Mechanism of action for garlic extract powder
Powerful Antioxidant : Garlic extracts contain compounds such as diallyl sulfides with potent antioxidant. This is important for protecting against cellular damage. The antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GPX) play an important role in scavenging oxidants and preventing cell injury.
