Konjac Extract Powder
Konjac extract powder is derived from the root of the Amorphophallus konjac plant. Konjac is a high molecular weight, non-ionic, linear glucomannan consisting of D-mannose and D-glucose. Konjac is a source of soluble fibre, similar to many vegetables. It also known as glucomannan, appears to have some other medicinal properties of interest.
